As a kid, Casey split his time in and around local theater productions and exploring D.C. on his BMX. Then, he moved to New York to go NYU’s Tisch School of The Arts to pursue a degree in Film and Television. Casey has gone onto to direct pieces for multiple Fortune 500 companies, dozens of musicians and countless brands. In 2018, he was a part of the “N.O.W.” program at The Tribeca Film Festival and in the same year he was commissioned to write a psychological thriller set inside an NFL locker room. His interactive series, Backwater, is currently optioned by First Look Media. In 2019, his interactive film, Holy Night, will premiere at The New York Film Festival at Lincoln Center.
His work has spanned genres, mediums and technologies, but most often times you can find Casey leading films, commercials, documentaries, virtual reality pieces, and most importantly, interactive films. Overall, Casey tries to tell stories that make a difference by elevating voices that need to be heard.
In his spare time, you can usually find Casey on one of his (likely too many) bicycles.
